As Clear Vision Founder, Sean Daniel is an experienced Chartered Management Accountant with a strategic, commercially-focused edge. For the past 20 years, Sean has worked alongside many businesses, across a broad range of sectors at a board level, identifying, managing and realising strategic aspirations through hands of management of company accounts.

Jordan Moody

Client Services Director

Jordan began his career in the manufacturing industry, where he gained invaluable experience in all aspects of accounting including management accounts, cashflow forecasting and managing an accounts department. Jordan has been with Clear Vision since October 2016 and the majority of his time is spent working on statutory accounts, management accounts and taxation.

Sandra Smith

Marketing Manager

Sandra has bundles of marketing experience having worked for a top ten accountancy firm as well as running her own marketing consultancy business for several years. Sandra is responsible for all of the marketing strategy and planning for Clear Vision.

Karen Toomer

Office Manager

Karen joined Clear Vision as the Office Manager with lots of previous experience in the financial advisory industry. Karen loves to organise and support the thriving accounting team. Karen is responsible for a wide range of day-to-day duties, such as facility management, holiday requests, anti-money laundering processing and more.

Ann Maw

Accounts & Tax Senior

Ann started her career in the hospitality field with a focus on finance and has worked with SMEs in both construction and hospitality fields, not for profit and international companies. With a strong background in all aspects of accountancy including payroll and management accounts, Ann also has lots of experience in managing and developing teams in finance departments. She has also spent a number of years as an adult education tutor teaching Finance, Business Administration and Customer Service courses.

Denise Chapman

Accounts & Tax Senior

Denise is ACCA qualified and a fellow member of the AAT, who is currently studying to become CTA qualified. Starting her career in banking with one foot firmly in the building industry, Denise always wanted to work in an accountancy practice. She spent some time in the not-for-profit sector but gained a strong management accounts background along with VAT reporting, payroll, budgeting, cashflow forecasting and project accounting within an international company, managing a team spread across 7 different countries. Denise now focuses on management accounts, statutory accounts and personal tax.

Sarah Cross

Senior Bookkeeper

Sarah began her accountancy career ten years ago and has a variety of experience having worked in-house for Unicorn Training, as well as another accountancy firm. She has lots of knowledge of using Xero, processing VAT, payroll and pension as well as other duties.

Frankie Osborn

Senior Bookkeeper

Frankie is qualified to MAAT and has gained experience of working both in-house for Serenity Holidays and for several other accountancy firms. She has lots of experience of using Xero and much more. Frankie is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll and VAT returns.

Dan Robertson

Client Accounts Manager

Dan is currently undertaking his AAT qualifications and aspires to become a fully qualified accountant. Dan started off in the retail sector before moving onto the education sector. It was in the latter role where he was first exposed to accounting procedures, and from then on, knew he wanted to pursue a career in accounting. He will be primarily responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from bookkeeping to payroll.

Claire McCarthy

Client Accounts Manager

Claire is AAT qualified and started her career in the television industry. After also gaining relevant experience in retail and practice, Claire decided to join Clear Vision to work in a smaller team. Claire has experience from processing payroll and day-to-day bookkeeping, to processing year end statutory accounts.

Lewis Tallack

Client Accounts Manager

Lewis is AAT qualified and is now currently studying for his ACCA qualification. Lewis originally started his working career within professional football but made the transition to accounting in 2015. Since then he has learnt the majority of his accounting skills within the accident management sector before joining Clear Vision Financial Management. Lewis is responsible for a variety of services ranging from day to day bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT and Tax returns.

Lydia Harris

Bookkeeper

Lydia is currently studying the AAT Level 3 qualifications, Lydia began her career as a Hairdresser before moving into practice. Lydia completed her AAT Level 2 whilst still working as a Hairdresser which gave her a passion for finance. She will be primarily responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from bookkeeping to payroll.

James Burville

Bookkeeper

James has previous experience of working for B&Q in their accounts payable department and another accountancy firm. Already qualified to AAT Level 3, James will continue his training with Clear Vision by studying for his AAT Level 4. James will be responsible for bookkeeping, payroll and VAT returns.

Louis Knight

Bookkeeper

Louis is currently undertaking his AAT qualifications and aspires to become a fully qualified accountant. Louis Started off in the retail sector before moving into practice. It was in his college studies that he was first exposed to accounting procedures, and from then on, knew he wanted to pursue a career in accounting. He will be primarily responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from bookkeeping to payroll.
