Helping our clients grow with Evolve

At the end of 2022, the Clear Vision Financial Management team joined the Xeinadin Group which allowed us to access extra resources, training and services. This means we can deliver a more efficient service to our clients.

One of the benefits of Clear Vision Financial Management joining the Xeinadin Group is the opportunity to access further learning and development courses. The Xeinadin Group has developed its own tailored management course called Evolve. The 12-step programme supports our team in their personal growth so they can help their clients to grow their business.

Dan Robertson, Senior Client Accounts Manager has recently attended the Xeinadin Evolve course along with other colleagues in Guildford. The two-year programme has been devised to ensure our team are well equipped to support our clients with providing an added value service and support with business planning. Dan is currently part way through Evolve and has attended four sessions so far.

He was also able to meet other colleagues across the group so they could share ideas and best practice, as well as gain a variety of knowledge in skills in providing better support for our clients.
