Honeypot our charity of the year 2022
At the beginning of 2022, the Clear Vision Financial Management team decided to support Honeypot as their charity of the year 2022.
Since 1996, Honeypot has been working to enhance the lives of young carers aged 5-12 years by providing respite breaks and on-going outreach support. In the UK nationwide, they give young carers a break from demanding and stressful responsibilities at home and provide a safe, nurturing environment where children at risk can develop their full potential.
Throughout the year, the Clear Vision Financial Management team have taken part in a number of events in order to raise awareness and funds for Honeypot. From cake bake sales in the office, taking part in the Walk the Test Way event and also the matched fund event held just before Christmas. The team have also been donating and gathering small gifts together for the Honeypot treasure box, they use the small gifts to hand out to the children during their respite break.
The Clear Vision Financial Management team also visited the wonderful Honeypot facilities to find out more about the respite breaks and other support that Honeypot provide to young carers aged 5-12 years.
We are delighted to confirm that the Clear Vision Financial Management team will continue to support Honeypot throughout 2023 and the team are already coming up with some ideas for further fund raising.
