- Purchase invoices are sent directly to Clear Vision Financial Management, they can also be scanned and uploaded using our cloud-based software. Nothing will be paid without authorisation.
- Sales invoices can also be created in cloud-based software, we can then pull figures directly from your systems to match cash, cards and BACS to bills.
- Your staff details will be inputted into our cloud-based software, so you will always have access to any information needed.
- Monthly reports will be sent to you so you can keep an eye on your KPIs and adjust your business plan and marketing accordingly.
- Finally, we will prepare and file all of your VAT, payroll compliance and annual returns ensuring you are meeting all of your liabilities.
