New recruit and promotion at Clear Vision Financial Management

Romsey and Poole based accountancy firm Clear Vision Financial Management have recruited a Junior Administrator and promoted Karen Toomer to Operations Manager.

Even though 2020 has seen many businesses struggling, Clear Vision Financial Management has continued to work throughout the pandemic and after winning several new clients they have promoted Karen Toomer to Operations Manager. Karen joined the business in 2019 and has become a pivotal part of the accountancy firm. In her new role, Karen will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring the firm continues to provide an excellent service. She will also be responsible for the general smooth running of both offices on a day-to-day basis, as well as continuing to provide support to Sean and Jordan.

Joining the business as Junior Administrator, Emily Daniel has recently completed a BTEC in Business and Social Care at Peter Symonds college. Emily will provide much needed support to the Clear Vision Financial Management team until she departs for University in September 2021.

Following the acquisition of Your Smart Team in December 2019, the firm moved the office to a new building in Poole in February 2020.

Initially, Denise Chapman and Emily Woodhouse joined Clear Vision Financial Management following the acquisition of Your Smart Team. Lydia Harris has now joined the team and will be supporting many of our Poole clients alongside other members of the team.

Denise has bundles of experience as she previously worked as a Financial Controller for Merlin Entertainment for 11 years. Denise is currently increasing her knowledge by completing the Chartered Tax Adviser qualification. Emily provides support as a Bookkeeper, she is currently studying AAT Level 4 and has lots of experience of processing payroll and VAT returns.

The expansion has provided Clear Vision Financial Management with the opportunity to continue its expansion across the south coast.
