South Coast Business Awards 2021 winners announced

Clear Vision Financial Management were delighted to sponsor the ‘entrepreneur of the year’ award at the 2021 South Coast Business Awards. The event celebrates the best in business in the local south coast area.

The awards are backed by the Southern Daily Echo in conjunction with Business South and Destination Southampton in an effort to recognise the contributions of local businesses.

We work closely with lots of entrepreneurs, providing an outsourced finance department. They are an important part of our business community, especially during Covid when businesses needed to adapt in order to survive. Entrepreneurs help to drive change with innovation as new and improved products and services are developed.

There were a number of entries to the ‘entrepreneur of the year’ category with the Healthy Pet Store winning the award. You can watch the winner video here. 

Managing Director Deborah Burrows launched the Healthy Pet Store in 2014 to provide a range of her own recipe frozen meals for dogs and cats, as well as offering toys, training aids and other accessories that go with pet guardianship. Due to Healthy Pet Store’s success, Deborah saw an opportunity to expand the business in 2020 during the middle of the pandemic and moved to a much larger outlet. Healthy Pet Store is now recognised as a leading independent pet food and accessory retailer in the South of England and the store is the biggest of its kind in the UK by square footage. The pet store is a local hub for healthy food, pet training gear and is cemented within a community of pet-lovers.
