W12 Group

W12 Group provide a one stop shop for maintenance and facility solutions. Located in Surrey they are a family run business founded in 2013 by Shane Manogue and Laura Jeffery. They carry out everything from office fit outs to high end developments, as well as private developments.

Our HR partner Ali Daymond from Adastra HR had already been working with the W12 Group team advising them on their people strategy. Laura has always looked after the finances at W12 Group but as the business expanded and they provided a truly national service they needed support with their financial function. In 2020 in the midst of the Covid pandemic, Ali referred W12 Group to us.

Laura and the team needed a fully outsourced finance function so they could focus on the successful business they had built so far. We initially met with Laura to discuss their requirements and produced a proposal on how the Clear Vision Financial Management team could provide a truly tailored service to support them. We provide support with their management accounts, payroll, statutory accounts and our 3&3 commitment.
